View All West Hills Homes Here – There are eight neighborhoods in the Village of West Hills each offering beautiful uniquely designed floor plans with functionality in mind to meet the needs of homebuyers in today’s market. I have created a list of the neighborhoods:
Arte – Built by Lennar homes are the most recent neighborhood developed in West Hills Village. Arte offers luxurious modern amenities while offering Green Technology and energy saving features built into the home. Solar was also offered as an Option, not on every home built. There are 3 different floor plans all providing the highly desired Open-Concept Living in the kitchens and Great Rooms. All with feature spacious master bedrooms and luxurious spa baths. Floor plans range in size from 2291 sq. ft. to 2467 sq. ft. with 4-5 bedrooms and 3-4 bathrooms and attached 2-car garage. Lot sizes vary.
Capri – Built by Lennar homes between 2013 -2015 and most homes are located on West Hills Drive and Sterling Lane. The Capri model homes also offer luxurious modern amenities with Green Technology and Energy Saving features built into the home including a Solar Power Electric System. Capri homes offer homeowners inviting front courtyard areas and backyard covered patios making them a perfect home to enjoy the outdoor California lifestyle year round. There were 3 floorplans built in this luxurious community ranging in size from 2600 – 3000 sq. ft. (est), 4-5 bedrooms and 2.5-3 baths. Each home offering a large master bedroom with the attached spa bath. Some homes offer an upstairs loft, a downstairs bedroom with full bath and all offer an upstairs laundry. The Everything Included “EI” feature of a Lennar Home offers homeowners with a modern, luxurious home!
Castillo – The Village of Valencia West Hills was introduced to the community with the homes of Castillo in 2007. There are 4 floorplans in this neighborhood offering homes from 2067 Sq. Ft. – 2473 Sq. Ft. All homes offer 4 bedrooms with up to 3 full baths. Castillo homes are located beginning on Coal Mountain, Calle Plata, Silversmith Dr., Panorama Ct., Mountain View Ct. and Via Belterra. Many of the homes offer spectacular views of the valley, mountains and city lights. Each home offers an open concept floor plan, gourmet kitchen that is open to the great room, an attached 2 car garage, upstairs laundry, spacious secondary bedrooms and master bedroom suites with spa-like bathrooms.
Mosaic – The Mosaic luxury collection of homes offer buyers several variations of the 4 floorplans designed by Lennar. Each of the 4 plans offered several options such as offices, bedrooms or an open flex room, California rooms, tech centers and lofts. Also in this community is the popular NextGen home “The Home Within A Home” perfect for multiple generation households offering private entry to private living area, kitchenette, bedroom, bath and laundry. Mosaic’s are spacious, luxury homes offering 4-5 bedrooms, 3-3.5 baths and 2 car garages with extra storage/tandem space in some models. Offering mountain and valley views in some locations.
Patina – There are only 3 of these model homes built by Lennar in 2007 in West Hills Village. This floor plan was eventually offered as the “Heirloom” by Lennar in the RiverVillage community of Saugus. The 3 homes were built on Coal Mountain Ct. and offer city light, mountain and valley views. The grand floorplans offered 2756 – 3512 sq. ft of open concept living with 4-5 bedrooms and 3-4 baths.
Milan – The only homes Built by KB home in the Village of West Hills. Milan was developed in 2011 and offer larger luxury homes with spacious, open concept living floorplans and Gourmet Kitchens which is the focal point of the homes. The homes range in size from 2900 – 3900 sq. ft. (approximately) with 4-5 bedrooms, 4-5 bathrooms and 2-3 car garages. Milan’s secluded location offers mountain, Valley and city light views depending on the location.
Highgate – In the Village of West Hills were built by DR Horton beginning mid 2013 – 2016. This neighborhood offers spacious single-family homes that feature magnificent views of the mountains and valley. There are 3 floorplans in the Highgate neighborhood ranging from 2,627 to 2,969 square feet featuring 3 to 5 bedrooms, 3 ½ to 4 ½ baths, fireplaces, with 2-car and 2-car plus storage garages. Unique features of some floor plans include a large ground floor master bedroom suite and gated courtyard entry which leads to the front door.
Belmont – In the Village of West Hills were built by DR Horton beginning mid 2013 – 2016. This neighborhood offers spacious single-family homes that feature magnificent views of the mountains and valley. There are 4 floorplans in the Belmont neighborhood ranging from 2,892 to 3,705 square feet featuring 3 to 6 bedrooms, 3 ½ to 5 ½ baths, 2-car and 3-car tandem garages. Belmont also offered D.R. Horton’s HomeShare home which features a separate living suite with a private entry. The suite is perfect for multi-generation households or for extended guest stays. Some of the HomeShare homes were built with main-home entry. The suite offers a bedroom/living room, full bath and a kitchenette.
Monument – Exquisite luxury homes built in the Village of West Hills by DR Horton beginning mid 2013 – 2016. This neighborhood located on the South/West area of the village offers spacious single-family homes that feature magnificent views of the mountains, valley and city lights. There are 4 floorplans in the Monument neighborhood ranging from 3,530 to 3,968 square feet featuring 4 to 6 bedrooms, 3 ½ to 5 ½ baths, 2-car and 3-car tandem garages, California rooms, flex rooms & lofts. Monument also offered D.R. Horton’s HomeShare home which featured a separate living suite with a private entry. The suite is perfect for multi-generation households or for extended guest stays. The home features a private gated side entry, living room, kitchenette, bedroom, bath and stackable laundry.
Schools – West Creek Academy, grades K-6, is located in the heart of the community. West Creek Academy is committed to providing students with a challenging academic program as well as Pathway programs, ALPS (The Advanced Learning Process for all Scholars) and “Gateway To The World” (Each morning students practice foreign language and conversational phrases).
